Our client is a national digital health company with almost 20 years in the industry, comprising 5 divisions including the National Dental Network, Health Fund Partnerships, Projects & Investments plus more recently, Retail Dental Cover and Corporate Dental Cover.
The Job
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop & execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with company objectives & member personas to drive engagement across each stage of the member funnel. brand awareness, lead generation, member engagement & retention.
- Utilise AI-driven insights to identify content opportunities and optimise content performance and audience targeting.
- Produce high-quality and engaging content across various platforms (website, social media, email etc.) that educates, informs, and inspires our audience.
- Update and refresh existing content to ensure relevance and maximise SEO impact.
- Develop content tailored to each stage of the member journey, from awareness to conversion, retention, and re-join.
- Implement personalised content strategies using AI tools to enhance member engagement and conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and iterate strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Leverage AI-powered analytics to refine content delivery and distribution strategies.

- Expanding into new mediums (infographics, video)
