Our client is expertise in the field of 'Fluid Instrumentation & Process Control Systems'. Our client is the only Authorized distributor in India and Bangladesh to market, sell and service FITOK GmbH products.
The Job
You will be responsible for :
- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.
- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.
- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.
- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.
Technical Sales & Order Closure:
- Understand customer inquiries, technical requirements, and project specifications to provide tailored solutions.
- Engage with customers to resolve concerns and negotiate terms to finalize sales.
Customer Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound customer queries related to technical products or small orders.
- Ensure prompt follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and prioritize multiple small-order inquiries and ensure their timely closure.
- Track and document sales activities in CRM software, maintaining a high degree of accuracy.
- Achieve assigned targets for order volume, revenue, and customer retention.
- Maintain a high closure rate for small-ticket items within defined timeframes.
Ideal Candidate
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales / Sales Development Representative role, ideally within the Chemicals, Oil & Gas and Pharmaceuticals / Biotechnology industry.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Technical Sales & Order Closure, Customer Support and Sales Pipeline Management. Strong technical acumen with the ability to explain complex products or solutions in simple terms.
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and technical documentation.
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation) preferred /MBA/B. Sc
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, application engineering, or technical support.
- Experience in handling technical products and small-scale B2B sales is preferred.
