The Job

Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of daily inbound leads from various marketing sources.

- Set up qualified meetings and generate qualified opportunities for the Sales Team.

- Work alongside the sales, marketing, and partnership teams on campaigns to drive qualified pipeline creation.

- Engage with current customers in a personalized manner to understand their needs.

- Identify new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities through effective discovery calls.

- Clearly articulate Rapyd Cloud's value proposition to drive new or expansion opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

Requirements

- Proven experience with cold emailing and outreach strategies.

- Previous experience in a hosting company or SaaS environment is highly desirable.

- You are self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work remotely and independently.

- You are open-minded and receptive to feedback and coaching to enhance your performance.

- Proven experience as a B2B Business Development Representative managing inbound leads in a global company.

- Exemplary email, phone, and social selling skills with the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities.

- Ability to clearly understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a simple manner.

- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work according to business needs.

- Responsible for accurately tracking prospect interactions and information in our CRM.

- Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Groove/Salesloft/Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
