The Job

Your Key Responsibilities :

- Craft Beautiful Websites : Design and optimize responsive websites that offer exceptional user experiences, ensuring seamless navigation and stunning visual appeal.

- Improve User Experiences : Conduct UX research, analyze user behavior, and implement data-driven enhancements to boost engagement and conversions.

- Design Engaging Emails : Develop eye-catching, mobile-friendly email templates for marketing campaigns and transactional messages, ensuring high engagement rates and deliverability.

- Build High-Converting Landing Pages : Design and develop landing pages that align with business goals and marketing strategies to drive conversions.

- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with marketing, development, and content teams to bring your designs to life and deliver results-driven solutions.

- Maintain Brand Excellence : Ensure brand consistency across all digital assets, creating a cohesive experience across platforms.

- Test and Refine : Conduct A/B testing for web and email designs, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to enhance user engagement and campaign success.
