The Job:
You will be responsible for :
- Identify and research potential clients and market segments to generate leads.
- Develop and execute effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals, presentations, and contracts for prospective clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
- Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and forecasts using CRM - tools.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role (0 -1 years preferred).
- Experience within would be a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
