The Job:

- Interact with premium clients and understand their requirements

- Build rapport with potential clients and understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.

- Develop and present customized travel packages that cater to client desires and exceed expectations.

- Sell a variety of travel products and services, including flights, hotels, tours, activities, and travel insurance.

- Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings, addressing their questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

- Handle customer escalations related to sales inquiries and bookings, resolving issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach.

- Utilize strong negotiation and convincing skills to secure sales and close deals. - Manage and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty.

- Stay updated on travel trends, destinations, and industry best practices.

- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Ideal Candidate:

- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C Sales or Telesales role, ideally within the Hospitality industry.

- You have working knowledge of Negotiation, Communication, Decision Making, Time management, Travel Product Knowledge and Interpersonal Skills

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
