The Job
Responsibilities
- Create and implement a strategic plan to integrate onboarding into the sales consultation stage, ensuring a seamless transition for customers from sale to activation.
- Partner with vendor partners, product teams, and engineering to utilize transcription and generative AI tools, streamlining the onboarding process and enhancing efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of Sales and Onboarding professionals to deliver exceptional service and support throughout the customer journey.
- Identify key metrics and indicators to assess the efficiency of the onboarding process, using data to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in onboarding and sales to drive innovation within - our processes.
Ideal Candidate :
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales, onboarding, or customer success roles, demonstrating a history of driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in the hosting industry, or SaaS, with a strong focus on customer success and service excellence.
- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
- Familiarity with transcription and generative AI augmentation tools is an advantage.
