We seek a seasoned Sales Director with a minimum of 10 years of experience in product sales, specifically in the SaaS and AI sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in international markets, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and the ability to lead high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Product Expertise: Serve as a product expert, articulating the value proposition of our SaaS and AI solutions to potential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on leads and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align efforts and enhance customer experiences.
- Performance Metrics: Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to executive leadership on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in product sales, with a focus on SaaS and AI solutions.
- Proven track record of success in international markets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
