We are an Early stage PROPTECH company,Enabling transaction between real estate brokers & Developers through our technology.

Position Overview:

As the Business Head for our real estate services division in Mumbai, you will be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding our footprint in the real estate sector. Your primary role involves engaging with real estate developers and owners, converting prospects into clients for our paid services, and managing the entire business unit's operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in high-ticket sales, deep knowledge of the real estate industry, and exceptional leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

- Developer Engagement and Conversion:- Proactively identify and engage with real estate developers and owners to introduce our paid services, demonstrating how our solutions can add value to their projects.

- Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets. Leverage deep industry knowledge to tailor approaches for different real estate segments and clients.

- PNL Management: Take full ownership of the business unit's profit and loss, ensuring financial health and growth. Monitor budgets, manage costs, and drive revenue generation.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with developers and clients. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

- Retention and Expansion: Implement strategies to retain existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize lifetime value.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team capable of achieving ambitious sales goals. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Operational Excellence:Oversee the booking and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Streamline operations to support scale and client satisfaction.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

- Sales Revenue:Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Client Acquisition:Number of new developers onboarded onto paid services.

- Client Retention Rate:Percentage of clients retained and renewed.

- Team Performance: Achievement of team sales targets and individual performance metrics.

- Operational Efficiency:Streamlining of booking and billing processes, reducing turnaround times.

- Client Satisfaction:High client satisfaction scores and positive feedback.

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Proven experience in sales and business development within the real estate sector, with a strong network of developer contacts in Mumbai.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, sales processes, and developer needs.

- Leadership:Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and managing sales teams.

- Communication:Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging effectively with high-level decision-makers.

- Strategic Thinking:Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify and pursue new opportunities.

- Education:Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. An MBA is preferred.
