About the Profile : This is a senior-level sales position responsible for leading and managing a sales team, driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory or market segment, often overseeing a team of sales managers and directly contributing to key account sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.

- Selling of Unlisted Stocks and identify and acquire new clients for AIF and PMS products.- Communicate product features and benefits effectively and Build/maintain client relationships.

- Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and ongoing training to ensure their success and sales growth.

- Make strategic planning to grow Business for all B2C & B2B Branches.

- Advising clients on profitable Investment opportunities for Equity, Commodity, and currency products.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.- Keeping in touch with customers through personal visits, telephone calls and correspondence, Understand client needs and industry trends to tailor solutions and provide exceptional service at the B2B level.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.

- Conduct client meetings and presentations.

- Ensure accurate and compliant client documentation.

- Maintain accurate records and provide regular sales reports.
