Relationship Manager-Stock Broking, Client Acquisition

Job Description:

As a Sales Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth through managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients while acquiring new clients. You will be the face of PhillipCapital, providing personalized investment solutions and expert financial advice to clients. The role requires someone who can build and sustain long-term relationships, have a deep understanding of the financial markets, and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored financial solutions in the areas of equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and other financial products.
• Actively acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
• Regularly meet with clients to discuss their portfolio performance and provide investment advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulatory changes, and new product offerings.
• Achieve sales targets and business objectives as set by the company.
• Provide clients with timely and relevant research insights, updates, and recommendations.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in client dealings.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial products such as equities, derivatives, mutual funds, and fixed income.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, macroeconomic trends, and investment strategies.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• High degree of self-motivation, attention to detail, and results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desired Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA, CFA, or equivalent financial certifications preferred).
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or sales.
• Prior experience in equity or financial product sales is an advantage.
