Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Identify multiple construction labour recruitment agencies & contractors/suppliers.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with construction labour recruitment agencies & contractors/suppliers.
3. Negotiate contracts with construction labour recruitment agencies & contractors/suppliers cost effectively with quality to meet the project schedule.
4. Monitor the daily deployment of the contractors and initiate corrective measure to meet any shortage in labour supply at project site.
5. Ensure bills/invoices of the labour recruitment agencies & contractors/suppliers are received, checked and approved within the agreed time period in the contract.
6. Follow-up and ensure payments are received by labour recruitment agencies & contractors/suppliers in time to ensure maximum work.
7. Conduct surprise checks at project site and confirm the duty count is correct as per daily report.
8. Ensure construction labour recruitment agencies & contractors/suppliers are following the statutory requirements to meet the government regulations in regard to labour laws and safety.
9. Update daily status to the Management and MIS Reporting.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
1. A graduate with minimum of 5-8 years of work experience in identifying and managing the labour recruitment agencies & contractors/suppliers with a reputed developer in Hyderabad.
2. Should have good communication skills with working knowledge in MS Office.
3. Should have own transport facility.
4. Age not above 45 years.
5. Knowledge in local/regional languages will be an added advantage.
Remuneration:
1. As per industry standards.
