Job Opening - Rebates Analyst - Pune

• Leading, executing and manage upwards of 100+, annual, quarterly, and monthly admin fees and rebates.
• Working directly with the US Sr. Rebate Analyst ensuring payment and reporting alignment based on customer and contractual requirements.
• Maintain effective customer focus by ensuring payment activities are completed in a timely manner and preparation and delivery of all supporting reports and documentation to external and internal customers are met based on contractual and legal obligations. Research and resolve disputes in a timely manner.
• Maintain system logs to track status of rebates for review by management. Ensures supporting documentation is stored and accessible in the event of an audit.

Participate and assist in process improvement initiative and/or creation of new procedures to provide improved internal and external customer support and service

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field or business degree with five (5) years of experience preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in business operations for Rebates, contracting, or finance. Prefer knowledge of the medical device industry, business analysis, information systems, government regulations, and contracting.
• Proven success in performing analytics and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent Analytical and Communication skills that support the relationship building with internal and external customer.
• Leadership skills that incorporate motivation, encouragement, decision making with the ability to lead through shifting courses to meet critical deadlines while adhering to company goals and contractual agreements.
• Self-starter, able to effectively support workload with minimal supervision. Seeking advancement opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English required to ensure ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers.

Should be comfortable for US working hours – 5.30 PM IST to 2.30 PM IST
