CRMA Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented CRMA Developer (BI Developer) to join our dynamic team. As a CRMA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, transforming raw data into meaningful insights to aid business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data modelling, data analysis, and reporting, along with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver actionable data insights. Should have a prior BI experience, Experience Data Analysis.

Should have experience with Business Requirements with stakeholders

Strong ETL experience is required with tools like SQL, Snowflake.

Database Experience is preferred oracle/access

Salesforce Analytics experience is preferred

• Proven 7+ years of experience as a BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as CRMA, Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management systems (e.g., MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
• Experience with data modelling and data warehousing concepts.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Informatica, MuleSoft).
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based BI tools (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Familiarity with machine learning or predictive analytics.

Responsibilities:

• BI Solution Development: Design and develop BI solutions using CRMA
• Data Integration & ETL: Work with data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, ensuring data is accurately pulled from various sources and transformed as per business requirements.
• Data Modelling: Design and implement data models, including logical and physical data models, to facilitate efficient reporting and analytics.
• Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Build interactive dashboards and reports to visualize key business metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Database Management: Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other departments to understand data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve the performance of BI systems and reporting tools.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide ongoing support for BI applications and troubleshoot issues related to data, reports, and dashboards.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data used in BI solutions.
• Documentation & Training: Document BI processes and procedures and provide training to end-users on BI tools and reports.
