About the Role:

As the Elite Client Relationship Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for exclusive clientele, ensuring their financial and service needs are met with unparalleled professionalism and personalized attention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Exclusive Client Management - Act as the dedicated service representative for our top-tier (Gold) clients, providing proactive support and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Cross-Department Coordination - Work closely with different business units to fulfill client requests such as:
- Personalized financial reports & portfolio statements
- Exclusive market insights & financial event updates
- Invitations to premium networking & social events
- Real-time balance and account information
- Reactivating Dormant Clients - Reach out to inactive high-value customers, fostering engagement and scheduling wealth management consultations.
- High-Value Client Servicing - Handle complex client interactions with discretion, patience, and professionalism, including engaging with high-profile or demanding individuals.
- Multi-Tasking Excellence - Juggle service calls, generate reports, coordinate deliverables, and engage with clients simultaneously.
Who Should Apply?
- Customer Service Experts Preference will be given to candidates with experience in premium financial service roles, such as the credit card service division of American Express or luxury banking.
- Outstanding Communicators Strong verbal and written English skills with impeccable diction, a positive tone, and a client-first approach.
