Position Details:

Role: Head of Products Wealth Management

Location: Mumbai, India

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Wealth Management Product Strategy to design and execute innovative investment solutions.

- Analyze and assess financial products, including PMS, AIFs, Mutual Funds, and Structured Products for inclusion in our portfolio.

- Develop customized and competitive product offerings through market research and data driven insights.

- Monitor product performance, conduct due diligence, and provide strategic recommendations.

- Manage investment risk reviews, portfolio positioning, and return analysis to enhance portfolio efficiency.

- Drive thought leadership through research insights, investment notes, and strategic reports.

Oversee Position Details:

Role: Head of Products Wealth Management

Location: Mumbai, India

- Experience Required: Minimum 12 years in financial services, wealth management, investment advisory, and financial product development the Investment Committee, generating monthly investment outlooks and model portfolios.

- Provide high-quality financial market updates, economic trend analysis, and investment insights.

- Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners to drive digital transformation in wealth management.

- Build a strong social media presence by curating and sharing high-value investment content.

- Negotiate superior commercial terms with fund managers and product manufacturers.

Compliance & Knowledge Sharing:

- Ensure strict adherence to SEBI, IRDA, RBI regulations, and internal compliance policies.

- Facilitate training programs, investment conclaves, and educational sessions for Wealth RMs to enhance financial expertise.

- Drive regulatory certification processes to maintain a highly compliant and informed team.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA in Finance or a related field with a strong understanding of capital markets and investment instruments.

- Expertise in financial product development, wealth solutions, and market analytics.

- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and an ability to strategize under high pressure environments.
