You will use your deep technical expertise, business acumen, and fluid communication skills to work directly with clients in a trusted advisor relationship, gathering requirements and analyzing, designing, and implementing technology best practice business changes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead and mentor junior professionals.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress and address any issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- Good To Have Skills:Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong understanding of integration concepts and methodologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules and their integration points.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors APIs and web services.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Successfactors Integrations Technical.
- This position is based in Noida.
