Senior Manager - Finance Operations (9-15 yrs)

- The Manager Finance Operations (Accounts Receivable) will oversee AR operations, ensuring timely billing, collections, dispute resolution, and reporting.

- The role requires expertise in Oracle ERP and experience in leading global teams, driving process excellence, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Oversee end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, collections, and customer account reconciliation.

- Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing process improvements.

- Lead and mentor a team of AR associates, ensuring performance targets are met.

- Collaborate with global stakeholders to resolve escalations and implement best practices.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and SOX controls.

- Monitor KPIs like DSO, unapplied cash, and aging reports, taking corrective actions as needed.
