Manager - Finance & Accounting (9-15 yrs)

- 10+ years professional hands-on accounting experience, including 3+ years of supervisory experience.

- Experience with Oracle NetSuite highly preferred.

- Exposure to other popular Accounting applications, such as Tally, QuickBooks.

- Experience with Microsoft Office, including excellent Excel skills.

- Strong ability to collaborate with all levels across the organization.

- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal with problem solving ability.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Work under stress with interruptions and deadlines.

-Supporting & coordinating with onshore team based out of US offices.

- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial statements and reports in a timely manner.

- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop budgets and financial forecasts; monitor and report variances.

- Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations, internal policies, and tax laws.

- Accounts Management: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Internal Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate accounting records.

- Auditing: Coordinate with internal and external auditors, facilitating audits and addressing findings.

- Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop the accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Cost Management: Monitor and manage cost structures, looking for ways to improve profitability.
