Program Manager - B2B/SaaS
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO in setting priorities, managing resources, and ensuring that key initiatives are executed effectively.
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans and ensure that they are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Organise MRM and leadership meetings and follow up on closure of actions.
- Manage the flow of information between departments, ensuring that everyone has the information they need to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with other executives and department heads to identify and address operational issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage special projects as needed, working with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Represent the CEO and the company in external meetings and events as needed.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Research various topics and compile information as needed.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, executive meetings, and other high-level meetings.
- Take minutes and follow up on action items from meetings.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively provide support and assistance.
- Manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Qualification and Experience:
- Education: MBA / BTech or advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience: 2.5-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- 1 -2 Years of Exp in B2B SaaS.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in a similar role in a high-growth startup or technology company.
- Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or private equity.
- Experience working with boards of directors.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and initiatives.
