Job Title: Senior Sales Manager.

Reports To: Branch Head.

Department: Business Development Retail.

Location: Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maximize revenue by achieving sales targets for self and team.

- Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RM's), Assistant RM's, Senior RM's, and Dealers.

- Focus on client acquisition, including high-net-worth individuals and corporate deals.

- Track and analyze team performance, ensuring achievement of targets (sales, AUM, accounts opened).

- Develop and implement strategies for client engagement and revenue growth.

- Assist in client meetings, training, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Motivate and develop the sales team, ensuring high productivity.

- Maintain CRM systems for tracking and reporting sales data.

Key Skills:

- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and CRM software.

- Knowledge of market trends and financial platforms (BSE/NSE).

Qualifications:

- Post Graduate with 4-5 years of relevant experience in the industry.

- NISM Certificates.
