We are looking forward for a suitable candidate for the position of HR Manager role.
JD:
Talent Acquisition:
- Communicating with recruiters and Consultants
- Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or Emails, as well as facilitating pre - interview assessments
- Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
HR Operations:
- Help organize and manage new employees orientation, on boarding program.
- Leave and attendance management
- Maintain employee files
- Co ordination employee engagement activities / events
Admin:
- Handle Travel desk - Flight, hotel, car booking etc...
- Vendor Management/ co-ordination
- Preparing MIS reports related to admin activites.
Qualification: Any Graduate + MBA- HR
Experience: Minimum 3 + yrs of relevant experience in similar role.
Location : Mumbai.
