Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior General Manager of Marketing to lead and execute marketing strategies for real estate products. This role involves overseeing a marketing team, driving product launches, and managing both online and offline campaigns to ensure impactful brand positioning and strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new real estate products, ensuring impactful positioning.
- Lead 360-degree marketing plans, including ATL, BTL, digital, and events.
- Manage a team of 5-6 marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Oversee budget management, media planning, and ROI analysis.
- Execute product and brand-led communication campaigns both online and offline.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Department (HOD) and cross-functional teams.
- Analyse marketing performance and adjust strategies for optimization.
