Job Description
About Us:
smartSense Solutions is seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team. This role requires a deep understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, with a focus on ReactJS and NodeJS. The ideal candidate will have the ability to conceptualize, design, and deliver end-to-end solutions while adhering to best practices, ensuring scalability and performance. Frontend Development (ReactJS):
- Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Build reusable React components and libraries that follow industry standards and best practices.
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a variety of devices and browsers.
- Implement responsive web design principles to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Write unit tests for React components and ensure robust UI delivery.
Backend Development (NodeJS):
- Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and server-side logic using NodeJS.
- Ensure backend scalability, security, and performance through well-structured architecture.
- Write optimized database queries and maintain relational databases (preferably MySQL).
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
- Develop and implement modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT.
General Full Stack Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of features from design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Address production-level issues, bugs, and application performance improvements.
- Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency.
- Manage code versioning using Git and work in an agile development environment.
- Frontend Expertise:
- Proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6/ES7), HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS.
- Experience with React workflows (e.g., Redux, Flux) and UI component libraries like Material-UI or Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with frontend tools like Babel, Webpack, and NPM
- Backend Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of NodeJS and experience building RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL).
- Understanding of Unix/Linux-based systems
- General Expertise:
- Experience with unit testing frameworks and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with GraphQL.
- Exposure to Docker, AWS, and Firebase.
- Familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
- Knowledge of React Native for mobile development.
