Job Description
- Responsible for faster closure of Commercial Food Court Contracts along with preparing plans for maximizing revenue along with ensuring the right mix of F&B vendors/brands deployment.
- Develop relationship and nurture strategic tie-ups with Commercial Property Developers, Managing Agencies as well as large number of F&B brands, which lead to faster conversion
- We are seeking highly motivated, intellectually curious individuals, structured thinkers, and quick problem solvers who gravitate toward a process-driven approach to building commercial - partnerships with various sectors
- A target-oriented approach which realizes the companys revenue goals
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline and maintain a high conversion rate
- Candidates from Tier-1 Colleges and/ or from B2B food and technology sector will be preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Connections with Commercial Property Developers as well as F&B Brands/ Restaurants is a must.
- Complete understanding of commercial food court operations, layout, design requirements, operational model.
- 2+ years of Sales experience.
- A high degree of focus along with time management and planning.
- Display of strong people skills.
- Must have a solid existing network of Admin Managers in Pune.
