Job Description

This is a full-time HR Intern (Compensation Benefits) role at SmartQ located in Bengaluru. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, payroll process, data management and personnel management on-site.

Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work well in a team environment
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
