Job Description
SentinelOne is seeking a Renewal Sales Professional, to manage a book of renewal sales business in the dynamic cybersecurity industry. Success in this role is dependent on ability to execute an effective sales strategy, provide accurate forecasts on a book of renewal business, and deliver strong sales results. This includes working to build strong, productive relationships with customers, partners, and field sales teams.
What Will You Do?
- Manage a book of renewal sales opportunities, as to maximize bookings, minimize churn, and drive customer success
- Manage an accurate forecast, set business expectations, and effectively communicate results to sales management
- Execute end-to-end sales activities, including deal assessment and validation, quoting, commercial negotiation, and deal closure
- Partner with Customer Success teams to insure customer retention and drive strong renewal rate performance
- Proactively manage your individual sales funnel and assignments to ensure timely renewals
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of of SentinelOnes products and offerings
- Direct Renewal Sales experience in enterprise software or cybersecurity
- Proven track record of exceeding goals
- Experience working in an indirect 2 tier go-to-market model which includes channel partners, managed service providers, and distributors
- Customer focused with exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work professionally with individuals inside and outside the company
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable)
- Strives to be a good team player by sharing knowledge and best practices to increase the effectiveness of other team members
- Ability to hit the ground sprinting in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
