QS Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reviewing drawing and define the scope of work as per finalized drawing received by architect/designer
• Documenting any changes in shop-design and updating budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining professional relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
• Preparation of BOQ along with detail specification of items.
• Technically sound knowledge of Interiors fit-Out work/ finishes
• Know about the product/material of their used
• Items component and accessories knowledge
• Item Rate and Analysis

Skills Required: -

• Bachelor's degree in ''Quantity Surveying,'' engineering, management, Draftsman, Interior Designer or similar.
• Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
• Good communication skilled with the respective supplier/vendor'
