Responsibilities :

• Have in depth knowledge of

• Ship Fabrication and Welding.

• Assembly planning, Erection Sequence.

• Block Lifting and Turning.

• Ensure following hull structure production outputs meets quality standards.

• Preparation of beveling arrangement, block sequence preparation, production detailing.

• MTO preparation, shell template preparation, profile sketches, pin jigs generation.

• Preparation of detailed fabrication drawings.

• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.

• Understand and abide by Company guidelines, vision and production philosophy.

• Report to Higher management.

• Software proficiency :

• Auto Cad, Cadmatic Hull

• Varied portfolio of contracted designs from Bulk Carriers to FPVs to Passenger vessels to Navy Combatant vessels
