- Ship structure and fabrication
- Welding types and weld joints for ship building
- Assembly planning, erection sequence.
- Block lifting and turning.
- Ensure following hull structure production outputs meets quality standards.
- 3D model
- Work breakdown structure
- Fabrication drawings including welding details
- Shell templates, profile sketches, jigs, etc.
- Nesting
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
- Communication with Clients
- Understand and abide by Company guidelines, vision and production philosophy.
- Report to Higher management.
- Software proficiency :
- Auto CAD, Cadmatic or Aveva
