Job Description

Role Overview:


The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing and leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets in alignment with the company business objectives. The role involves developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and fostering a high-performing sales culture. The Sales Head will work closely with senior management to implement sales plans.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for residential, commercial, and other real estate offerings.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and manage the sales team, including setting performance targets, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing guidance and support to ensure high productivity.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges within the market. Provide insights and recommendations for adjustments to the sales strategy.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, investors, developers to expand the company's client base. Act as a point of escalation for any client issues or concerns.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring that sales processes are efficient and effective. Track progress and report regularly on sales forecasts and achievements.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, ensuring that campaigns and promotional activities are targeted to the right audience.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms for the company while delivering value to clients.
  • Training and Development: Organize training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
