Team Leader - Software

For BPM Resource.
Responsible for the development, customization, administration and operations of the Business Process Management platforms and associated applications such as MetaStorm BPM, Softdocs and/or Onbase. She/he will lead and participate in application configuration, maintenance, enhancements, upgrades, updates, end user training, and system wide integrations. Will serve as the primary technical resource and will lead and coordinate IT and Business resources for platform administration, deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support activities. she/he will analyze requirements, workflows, procedures, and automation improvements to existing and new application/systems to ensure high availability, proper function, and overall 24x7 application performance.
