BPM Developer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Pega BPM (Business Process Management) solutions for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members on Pega BPM best practices and troubleshooting issues.
• Participate in project planning, estimation, and risk management activities to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Job Requirements :

• 6-10 years of experience as a BPM Consultant or Developer with expertise in IBM BPM or similar tools like Pega BPM.
• Strong understanding of Business Process Management principles and methodologies such as BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation).
• Proficiency in developing complex workflows using various programming languages like Java/XML/HTML/CSS etc.
