Job Title : IBM BPM.

Years of Experience : 6+ years.

Location : Bangalore.

Role Summary :

Responsible for the technical design and development of complex workflow solutions.

Serves as a technical expert on solutions developed on IBM BPM(BAW), ECM and Java, Roles in this function require broad and deep technical knowledge on IBM BPM(BAW), ECM, JAVA, Banking and Insurance Processes.

What will you do?

- Customer facing.

- Works closely with the Project Lead, Project Manager, Scrum master, Scrum team members, Product managers as well as other Business and technical stakeholders to maintain alignment of the Project deliverables.

- Highly motivated, disciplined and self-directed with a commitment to excellence.

- Engage with clients, prospects and business partners to understand workflows and client needs and transform those requirements into an implemented automated business process.

- Facilitate process design sessions.

- Analyse business processes and document current and recommended future state.

- Work closely with business and technology partners to ensure a clear translation from business to systems requirements.

- Mandatory work experience within an agile practice as a member of a multi-discipline team.

What skills required?

- 6+ years of experience in design and development of complex IBM BPM, ECM and Java based solutions.

- Must have understanding Software Engineering, Object Oriented Design principles and development.

- Preferred with experience is delivering solutions in Insurance domain.

- Ability to work with multiple project delivery teams across Fidelity business units and external clients.

- Experience with full software development life cycle.

- Strong experience in Java/J2EE technologies and Spring boot.

- Strong knowledge on HTML, jQuery, CSS, JavaScript and UI framework.

- Very Strong knowledge of SQL and Databases (DB2/PostgreSQL/Oracle).

- Solid experience in Spring & Hibernate.

- Good Experience developing SOAP & REST services in Java.

- Understanding including micro services architecture.

- Knowledge of common browser developer tools and performance tuning techniques.

- Knowledge of Java Build Systems and tools including Maven, Gradle, Ant etc.

- Expert knowledge with source control software, e.g. Git, SVN etc.

- Experience building high availability multi-threaded Java applications.

- Experience using DevOps tools, e.g. Jenkins, TeamCity, SONAR etc. is a Plus.

- Understanding reporting tools QlikView, Power BI is a plus.

- Understanding JBPM tools is a plus - BAW version 19.3 hands on is a plus.

- Database technologies - RDBMS or NoSQL.

- Excellent spoken and written communication skills with an ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences internal, external, business and technical bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
