Job Title: Marketing Operations Manager.
Department: GTM Operations.
Years of Experience: 5 + years Location: Bangalore.
Role Summary:
- The Manager-Marketing operations will role into the Central Sales Operations team at Azentio and would work towards driving operational excellence across Azentio's GTM Org.
- The role would partner closely with Marketing and other cross functional teams to leverage process , tools & analytics to unlock revenue growth.
- Key responsibilities include overseeing marketing automation, campaign management, and developing performance metrics that deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- The position also plays a crucial role in change management, ensuring the effective adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies across marketing & sales teams.
What we are looking for:
- Address key challenges such as attribution, lead routing and follow-up, program automation, data accuracy, funnel analysis, and forecasting across all marketing strategies, including self-serve, channel, and sales-led efforts for new customer acquisition and growth.
- Provide analytics reports and dashboards using a marketing automation platform(Hubspot/ Marketo/Pardot etc) and third-party BI tools.
- Orchestrate campaigns in Marketing Automation, including the setupand back-end workflows necessary to effectively launch and measure marketing activities.
- Manage reporting, KPIs, marketing dashboards, conversion tracking, and campaign insights.
- Improve, monitor, and maintain contact and account data quality, ensuring accuracy and minimizing flawed or incomplete data.
- Establish, maintain, and enhance scalable processes across systems to ensure best practices, enabling the marketing team to perform optimally in their respective roles.
- Design/Execute/Manage integration between Salesforce and the marketing automation tool while ensuring data accuracy/availability and transparency.
- Oversee customer lifecycle management.
- Manage the sales process effectively.
Preferred Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in marketing, operations, or analytics within a B2B technology or services environment.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms(Hubspot/marketo/pardot etc), including the integration of third-party tools and APIs to enhance marketing automation.
- Proficiency in marketing methodologies such as automation, account-based marketing, campaign management, and lead nurturing.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills,with a strong ability to analyze and visualize data in Excel, HubSpot, and BI tools.
- In-depth understanding of the customer journey, with additional experience in data augmentation, lead routing, and lead scoring being a plus.
- Familiarity with a wide range of marketing technologies, including but not limited to HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Demand base, and Google Analytics.
