Delivery Manager/Senior Manager- ERP

1. 14 to 18 years of professional experience with strong exposure to ERPs(Oracle, SAP,PLM) in different areas with a thorough understanding of the data mode
2. Proficiency in the understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working closely with business stakeholders.
4. ERPs(Oracle, SAP,PLM certification(s) preferred.
5. Strong experience in Manufacturing Domain Exp and agile Methodology.
6. Experience in managing 100+ team members.
7. Experience in Demonstrating improvements in CSAT, Delivery Excellence, Employee Satisfaction, and Operations KPIs such as Margin
8. Capability to understand automation needs and have experience of driving implementations.
9. Ability to demonstrate high energy, integrity, and track record of exceeding performance expectations in generating revenue and client relationship management.
10. Has strong analytical, problem-solving skills
11. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high attention to detail and impeccable time management skills
12. Strong Personal management and interpersonal skills.
13. Demonstrates Continuous Service Improvements.
