Oracle ERP Auditor (10-12 yrs)

Job Title : Oracle ERP Auditor.

Preference for candidates with an Engineer-MBA combination, along with CISA and/or DISA certifications.

Certifications :

- Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion certification is required.

Experience :

- 10+ years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).

- Must have completed at least one full end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation project.

- Must have worked in an IT Consulting Organization.

Job Description :

The Oracle ERP Auditor is responsible for managing and delivering audit engagements that assess the effectiveness of Oracle ERP systems and controls.

This role will focus on evaluating Oracle ERP implementations, business processes, and IT controls to ensure regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Business Blueprint and Configuration Reviews : Conduct comprehensive reviews of Oracle ERP blueprints and configurations to verify alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.

- Business Process Controls Review : Evaluate business process controls within Oracle ERP, ensuring efficient processes and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

- IT Controls Review : Assess the effectiveness of IT controls in Oracle ERP, including system security, data integrity, and adherence to IT governance frameworks.

- Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access Transactions (SAT) Review : Review and assess the risks related to Segregation of Duties (SoD) and Sensitive Access Transactions within Oracle ERP to ensure that proper controls are implemented.

- Ruleset Design & Reviews : Design and review rulesets for Oracle ERP, ensuring access control policies and procedures are robust and comply with regulatory standards.

- Mitigating Control Design & Reviews : Develop and assess mitigating controls within Oracle ERP to manage identified risks and enhance the control environment.

- Role Redesign : Assist in the redesign of roles and access permissions in Oracle ERP, ensuring they align with business needs, comply with security protocols, and ensure proper segregation of duties.

Preferred Skills :

- In-depth knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion and its business processes.

- Expertise in auditing ERP systems, IT controls, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to identify control gaps and recommend solutions.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with business and IT teams.

- The ideal candidate will have a strategic understanding of Oracle ERP systems and demonstrate the ability to drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage risk through well-executed audit engagements.
