Team Leader - Software

Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions for Oracle EBS/Fusion applications.
Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting for Oracle Apps issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Develop and maintain interfaces, reports, and data conversions using Oracle tools e.g., PL/SQL, XML Publisher, BI Publisher, Oracle Workflow.
Create and optimize database objects, including tables, views, and stored procedures.
Conduct system testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing UAT.
Document technical designs, processes, and procedures, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Stay current with Oracle application updates and emerging technologies relevant to the Oracle ecosystem.
Mentor junior technical team members and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
