Team Leader - Software

Implement and configure Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Fixed Assets.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and develop functional specifications.
Perform system testing, user acceptance testing UAT, and provide training to end users on finance modules.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to financial processes and systems post implementation.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, user manuals, and training materials.
Stay updated on Oracle financial product updates and best practices in financial management.
Work closely with cross functional teams, including Procurement, Supply Chain, and IT, to ensure seamless integration of finance systems.
Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer initiatives.
