• Overall IT experience : 10+ and 5+ yrs of experience in Solution Architect role
• Proven experience (5+ years) in designing and implementing AI solutions, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering value to customers and driving business growth.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Certifications in relevant AI technologies (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure ML, Gen AI) a plus.
