About the role:

Were in the business of making sleep fun! Like the sound of that? Well, that's all this role is about!You must think that designing for a ‘mattress’ brand wouldn’t be exciting. Well we are not just any mattress brand, we are SleepyCat. And we have gained as many fans from our standout communication & design as we’ve from our fantastic (oomph worthy) products. We, the marketing team, are a giggling yet ambitious bunch who work together and have fun together.

We love and are proud of everything we put out there. Right from social media posts, ads, emailer, website banners, Market place banners, Promotional campaigns, Collaborations, endorsements, etc. You name it, we’ve made it. And made it Fun with a capital F.

So if you’re someone who has all the crazy, wacky yet highly aesthetic designs, we’d love to see them and bring them on board.

Location: Gurugram

What will you be Designing?

• Attention-grabbing ads that competitors would want to copy.
• Emails that customers wait for everyday because they’re so beautiful.
• Editing product shoots like a pro, enhancing the picture’s lighting, background and asthetics.
• Offline branding for our retail stores that are planned across the country.
• Banners & content on market-places that make customers want to check us out
• Pretty much everything on our website SleepyCat.in
• Social media content both statics and videos.

Key traits of incumbent:

• 2-4 years of experience working with consumer brands or equivalent agencies.
• Experience in working on a range of visual content and assets including, but not limited to Newsletters, Email design, Digital marketing assets, HTML, Video editing.
• An entrepreneurial spirit and problem solving attitude.
• High standards for accuracy and attention to detail.
• Hands on experience on photoshop, illustrator, and other Adobe tools.
• Have an understanding of classic video editing will give an add on to your portfolio shortlisting
• Understanding of HTML.
• Performing with minimum supervision.
