SleepyCat - Full Stack Engineer - Node.js/React.js (4-5 yrs)

Designation : Full Stack Engineer.

Location : Gurugram.

About the role :

We are seeking a skilled full stack engineer to lead our ecommerce website product. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Shopify development and a passion for creating innovative eCommerce solutions.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Shopify stores and tech tools for integration with other departments , ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.

What you'll be responsible for :

Requirements :

- Have 4-5 years experience working with a React.js, Node.js & Azure (Shopify Apps expert and have knowledge of Enterprise SaaS software).

- Have at least 3 + years of experience working in Shopify.

- REST/GraphGL API Development and integrations with 3rd party applications using Middleware technologies.

- Act as Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of ecommerce platforms and lead & guide a team of developers.

- Boost conversions by properly optimizing the website using Lighthouse tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, GTMetrix & WebPageTest.

- Develop backend logic of the application with Node.js.

- Developing and owning a road map for cloud technology implementation (Microsoft Azure).

- Delivering solution architectures to support the design, development and implementation for projects and ownership of the overall solution design.

- Work closely on security to implement a secure solution, Azure Account and Security designs within a multi-tenant platform, and hosting of Shopify Apps.

- Experience working in an Agile environment.

- Collaborate closely with a team to deeply understand business processes and functional requirements.

What'll you need to bring to the table?

Minimum Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Prior experience of system integrations via APIs, interacting with engineering teams, basic know-how of technical systems.

- Prior experience of working in Shopify.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience with Shopify, React.js, Node.js & Azure, APIs and tech integrations.
