Role : Team Lead - Full Stack Development.

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Team Lead - Full Stack Development to guide a team of talented developers in delivering top-tier web and mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Team Leadership :

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring smooth collaboration, skill development, and performance optimization.

- Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high coding standards and offer constructive feedback.

- Lead Agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient project delivery.

Technical Guidance :

- Oversee the design and implementation of responsive user interfaces for web and mobile platforms using React.js and React Native, leveraging Redux and Context API.

- Architect and develop robust backend solutions with Node.js and MongoDB, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components.

- Guide the team in optimizing React and React Native applications to enhance performance and reduce unnecessary re-renders.

Mobile and Web Development :

- Ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performing mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms using React Native.

- Drive the team to build intuitive UI/UX designs leveraging Material UI, Ant Design, and mobile-specific frameworks.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Communication :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA, to define project requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and team performance.

Problem-Solving and Innovation :

- Apply strong problem-solving skills and mathematical foundations to tackle complex challenges and implement efficient algorithms.

- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in leading a team of developers, with a track record of successful project deliveries.

- Proficiency in modern web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.

- Expertise in mobile development with React Native, including state management with Redux and Context API.

- Strong understanding of backend development with MongoDB and optimization techniques for scalable applications.

- Familiarity with Material UI, Ant Design, and best practices for mobile UI/UX design.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work with complex nested data structures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience with version control systems (e, Git).

- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.

- Familiarity with Agile development practices and project management tools.
