Role & responsibilities :

1)Production Planning Control

2)Planning & executing production operations in coordination with the cross functions.

3)Scheduling material procurement plans and ensures optimum inventory level.

4)Preparing Standard work instructions for production operations for the unit and maintaining

5)Process enhancement / Quality Control.

6)Cycle time reduction in production process.

7)Responsible for Final quality Inspection as per POS.

8)Responsible for follow & Maintain the documents ( Process Flow Diagrams, Shop floor Management, Control Plans, Work Instructions, QMS & IMS)
