Job Description
- Experience in construction of Diaphragm walls & pile foundations using Bentonite/Polymer set-up.
- Independently handling of more than one project at a time.
- Effectively communicate and coordinate with the clients, consultants, contractors and the Directors of our Co. to execute projects on time;
- To review daily, weekly and monthly progress reports prepared by your team members, prepare and maintain Measurement Records, RMC Records, Steels Records etc; and submit the same to the Project Director.
- Prepare and submit bills and coordinate with client / consultant for certification of bills; collection of payment from Client.
- Planning, mobilizing manpower and other resources;
- Total ownership towards the project.
- Must know MS office (Word, Excel), Powerpoint, CAD, Internet.
