Role Description :
- Design and implement solutions for Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Connect, or any other Cloud/Premise Contact Center solutions.
- Configure and maintain IVRs, call flows, secure flows, dialer, survey, WFM configuration, quality management, and CRM integration.
- Develop chatbot, webchat, and voicebot solutions and integrate them with other systems.
- Configure Genesys PureConnect environment with CIC Server, media server/gateway installation, configuration, timely patch upgradation, and migration.
- Configure PureCloud environment like virtual edge and bridge server configurations.
- Provide work estimation for projects and manage timelines effectively.
- Provide technical support to customers, resolve issues, and maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and techniques in the contact center industry.
Skills :
- 5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Connect or any other Cloud/Premise Contact Center solutions.
- Strong knowledge and experience in IVRs, call flows, secure flows, dialer, survey, WFM configuration, quality management, and CRM integration.
- Excellent work estimation and project management skills.
- Any cloud certification is a plus.
- Genesys Cloud Demo (Presales engineering) experience is a plus.
Work Experience :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Genesys Cloud / Connect Engineer with at least 5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX or Genesys Connect, or any other Cloud/Premise Contact Center solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring IVRs, call flows, secure flows, dialer, survey, WFM configuration, quality management, and CRM integration (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and Zendesk).
The candidate should also have expertise in chatbot, webchat, and voicebot development, scripting, social media integration, SMS, and open message integration.
