Job Description :

eKLoud Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Lead to join our growing team remotely.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of healthcare CRM projects for our clients.

You will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, optimizing patient management processes, and ensuring data security and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities :

- Lead healthcare CRM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within budget and timeframe.

- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for Health Cloud utilization within client organizations.

- Identify and analyze client needs, translating them into robust and scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

- Recommend and implement best practices for patient engagement, care coordination, and population health management.

Solution Design & Implementation :

- Design and configure Salesforce Health Cloud instances, leveraging best practices and industry standards.

- Develop and implement custom workflows, automations, and integrations to optimize patient management processes.

- Work with healthcare providers to ensure workflows align with their specific needs and regulatory requirements.

- Ensure seamless integration between Health Cloud and Electronic Health Records (EHR) / Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.

Data Management & Security :

- Implement robust data security measures to ensure HIPAA compliance and patient data protection.

- Develop and manage data migration strategies to seamlessly transfer patient data into the Health Cloud platform.

- Maintain data quality and integrity throughout the system lifecycle.

Innovation & Learning :

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Health Cloud advancements, functionalities, and industry trends.

- Actively research and propose strategic use cases for emerging Health Cloud features.

- Continuously refine your technical and domain expertise.

Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce, with a demonstrated track record of success in project delivery.

- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, including configuration, customization, integrations, and best practices.

- A solid understanding of healthcare workflows, patient engagement strategies, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA).

- Proven experience in leading project teams, managing data migrations, and ensuring system integrations.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Passion for innovation and a continuous learning mindset.

- Salesforce Health Cloud certifications (e., Certified Health Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
