Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives.
- Partner with the CEO/HR Head to design and implement HR strategies that drive organizational growth and employee engagement.
2. Talent Management:
- Lead end-to-end talent management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development.
- Identify skill gaps and collaborate with leadership to design learning and development programs.
3. Employee Engagement:
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity.
- Conduct regular pulse checks, surveys, and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment and take proactive measures.
4. Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance management process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on performance improvement and career development.
5. Change Management:
- Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
- Act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation and adaptability.
6. HR Operations:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
7. Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilize HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Monitor key HR metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to work independently as an individual contributor in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
