Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Manager - B2B Lead Generation to lead our prospecting strategy, build a high-performing team, and accelerate pipeline growth for enterprise clients. You'll design data-driven campaigns, optimize outreach processes, and collaborate with Sales/Marketing to convert leads into revenue.

Key Responsibilities


1. Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute omnichannel lead-generation strategies (cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, events, etc.) for global IT/ITES markets.
  • Identify high-potential industries/verticals and create targeted account plans.
  • Mentor and manage a team of lead-generation executives, ensuring KPIs (MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates) are met.

2. Campaign Optimization

  • Design A/B-tested email sequences, cold-calling scripts, and LinkedIn outreach frameworks.
  • Use CRM tools to track lead quality, pipeline health, and ROI of campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine targeting.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with content, SEO, and paid-ad initiatives.
  • Work closely with Sales Leaders to ensure seamless lead handoffs and feedback loops.

4. Data & Reporting

  • Monitor metrics like lead-to-opportunity ratio, CAC, and funnel velocity.
  • Present monthly/quarterly performance reports to senior leadership.
