We are Hiring for Head Legal
- Experience in Pre&Post Compliance relatedtoraising SeriesA,SeriesB,and SeriesCfunding
- Liasioning /Build strong relationships with Regulators, Business Partners, Statutory & Banking authorities
- Providingkey advisory supportto the Board of Directors/ Founders of the Company
- Implementing Best Corporate Governance
- Experience in Legal/ Financial/ Secretarial DueDiligence
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions transactions, substantialdrafting experience, be able to lead closings and handlediligence fordeals.
- Drafting, Vetting,Negotiations, Execution and Record Management for Vendor agreements, MOU,Lease Agreement, Employment Agreements, Manufacturing Agreement, NDAs, etc. and make sure that they are compliant and aligned with the interests of the Company
- Exposure in drafting replies/complaints of the Consumers. Filing Reply to the ConsumerForum
- Draftingkeylegal communications in response to Notices, Queries and Statutory Communications.
- Respond to notices & noticereplies, having good legal drafting skills and legal research skills are amust.
- Ensure updation of monthly and quarterly Lega lMIS reports
- Effectively manage thesuccessful negotiation, drafting, and completion of complex corporate transactions and contracts(both domestic and international)
- Advising and assisting on bothoffshore/domestic private equity investment funds and Indian companies and promoters in private equity investmentdeals.
- Conducting legal due diligence on the target companies/vendor duediligences representing thecompanies
- Drafting transaction documents(term sheets, investment agreements, share subscription & shareholders agreements, closing documentstothe transactionsandthelike)
Law degree from an accrediteduniversity withexperience in handling the corporate governance of the entity is preferred
6 - 12 years post qualificationexperience in a hyper growth start-up and fund-raising legal activities obtained eitherina corporate/MNCin-house positionorin aLawFirm.
Proven experience inrelationship management and a demonstrated ability to lead alegalteam and developtalents that subsequentlydrive value across the business.
Ability to identify and remedycomplex legal issues without inviting the services ofexternallegaladvice.
Must have the ability to leadM&A transaction from inception to closing, and haveexperience leading due diligence teams, and related experiencein general corporateand corporate governance matters.
Able to adapt quickly tochanges in the legal and regulatory environment, the market or the organisation strategy
A collaborative individual withstrong business acumen, leadership skills, and boardroom savvy,who iswilling to speak theirmind.
